I've always been a very boring gift wrapper - because I never knew how to make packages look thrilling. Since blogging these past nine months, I've learned to jump in and try things, knowing they don't have to be perfect (thanks, Nester, for the quote!).
Woman's Day's "Best Ideas for Christmas" edition showed some very exciting Christmas gift wrap ideas using brown craft paper. This is Page 73 from the magazine ~
Nandina berries and greens from my back yard were tucked into my package.
Nandina berries are always available here in Virginia during the holiday season, and I've often used them in various Christmas vignettes. I think this may be my favorite ~

Beautiful, yours are prettier than the ones in the magazine.
ReplyDeleteI am not good at wrapping and making pretty bows. My daughter-law-does great bows, so each Christmas I save them and use them next year.
