Okio B Design has the most amazing
decorative ideas on her blog.
When I discovered her, I pinned nearly
every idea onto my Pinterest.
Today, I decided to try one of her projects.
I love the "natural elements" in this vignette.
(All thrifted except the jar on the left.)
This little picture - pure vintage! - is of my brother
and me in the 1950s.
The beautiful picture of deer is
from our friend, The Graphics Fairy.
Do you enjoy the natural look for some of your Christmas decorating?
I'm reminded of my younger days
growing up in the country.
Dad and I trudged through a snowy field
Dad and I trudged through a snowy field
to cut a cedar tree from the fence line
to turn it into our delightful Christmas tree.
Wishing now I'd saved those
vintage ornaments!
Be sure to visit Okio B Designs -
you'll enjoy lots of beautiful vignettes.

Love that little green birdhouse, too - it's something my 12-y-o son came home with, painted green with a marker, and gave to me. So, of course, that makes it super special, so it got plucked down into the vignette :) Thanks for commenting on it.
