Mantel Redo

I removed the lights and beads which had been
atop the mantel through Christmas and Valentines.
I couldn't part with my bunting and birdies, though ~

I "shopped the house" to find something
new and interesting for the mantel
until spring arrives.

This will do for the next month or so.

I'm excited about my plans
for a spring mantel.

Until then, I keep eating these ~

As one blogger says,
She's so right!

  4. I like how your mantel looks. I still have Valentine's stuff on my buffet. (No mantel) I'm giving up sweets for Lent so I've been eating all the candy and doughnuts I can. I think it's really stress eating.
