Years ago a coworker brought this fruity dessert to a Christmas party, and I asked for the recipe.

Hawaiian Pudding
Layer 1 - Combine:
2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 c. melted margarine
Layer 2 - Slice:
4-5 bananas - placed evenly on wafer crust
Layer 3 - Mix and pour over bananas:
1/2 c. pure lemon juice
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
Layer 4 - Sprinkle 1 can coconut
Layer 5 - 1 medium can crushed pineapple
Layer 6 - 1 container Cool Whip (medium)
Layer 7 - 1 c. chopped nuts
Garnish with strawberries.

That looks extremely yummy! And so pretty too!
