I painted outside Saturday afternoon in spite of the drizzle.
And completed lots of small projects.
When I announced my intent to paint, Mr. Redo:
1. Mentioned it was raining, then followed me outside to watch me set up my painting station.
2. Suggested I paint on the patio table under the umbrella
to cover my work space.
3. Went back in the house, shaking his head. I love that man!
I'm really tickled with the redo from unfinished wooden CD holder (thrift store, $2.50) to white shelf holding two recipe boxes (free from a yard sale).
I'll show you other paint projects each day this week ... one has to do with this ~
What'd you do this weekend? Did you get rain? Hope so, I know many in our country desperately need it.
Love how the wooden CD holder turned out...:) No rain on the weekend here, just very warm, my whole family was home so it was a wonderful weekend with kids and grandkids. Have a great week. Colleen
ReplyDeleteYour little shelf looks all fanci-fied now. I didn't do any projects. I went to Winchester to visit my BFF and have some pool time with her. It rained all day Friday and Saturday when I had to leave. No rain in Roanoke when I got home.

ReplyDeleteI have some things that I need to get painted too Mary..Had some rain Sat but none on Sun..You have been getting some really cute ideas with the CD holders..I was so surprised when I saw the picture..The blue recipe box on the top shelf..I have one just like it..I can't wait to see the rest of that chair!!
