Well hey there, thanks for stopping by! Hope you had a good weekend, the weather here was perfect!
I'm still loving the brilliant colors of the trees. Mr. Redo and I walked to the park yesterday afternoon. The kids were with their friends - so it was the first time in a long time that we've had
anything like a date. Fun times!

I snapped some quick pictures before the leaves have all fallen.
It seems they're coming to a quick close here in Virginia.
The next thing up will be the raking, and raking, and raking,
right?!

Today is Mr. Redo's last day at his job of 32 years.
He's retiring but will be working part-time at a different place, still doing his computer work, which is way over my head. We quit discussing that detailed information many years ago!
Congratulations on your retirement, dear husband!

ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog and leaving your sweet comment. I have been browsing around here and see that we have a lot in common. We share many interests and I homeschooled my kids for 6 years. Also, my husband has been working at the same place for the last 32 years but he can't retire yet! Congratulations to your hubby! I'll be stopping back by.
ReplyDeleteWishing Mr. Redo the best of luck as a new chapter opens for him. Glad you two spent a lovely relaxing day together. xo
ReplyDeleteCongrats on retiring from a long held job!! Lovely leaves and such a beautiful place. I love the Fall!
ReplyDeleteHi Mary! I wish your hubby the best on his retirement and it's probably good he'll still have a little something to do or you might be pulling out your most gorgeous hair! I'm talking from experience here! ;)
ReplyDeleteBe a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
